Due to the coronavirus pandemic, however, the fight was postponed and rescheduled to take place at the same venue on July 4, 2020. Now, this fight has been canceled.

Undefeated Women’s lightweight champion Katie Taylor was scheduled to put her lightweight titles on the line against Amando Serrano in the co-feature of Whyte vs. Povetkin. That fight has been canceled as well.

These fights may still happen at some point this summer, but that will be up to Matchroom Boxing as to when.
