Last Saturday night, Artur Beterbiev increased his status as one of the best fighters in the world when he systemically broke down Adam Deines. Beterbiev’s relentless pressure caused Deines to wilt. In round 10, Beterbiev caught Deines with a bone-crushing left hook that sent Deines to the canvas for the second time in the fight.

Deines’s corner threw in the towel and Beterbiev was awarded the 10th round TKO victory. With the win, Beterbiev retained his WBC and IBF light-heavyweight titles. Beterbiev is 16 and 0, with 16 KOs. He has knocked out every opponent he has faced.
