The Inductees for this year’s International Boxing Hall of Fame selection are filled with some of boxing’s most influential people and best fighters in the history of the sport. This year is a historic year for the International Boxing Hall of Fame as 2 Women fighters will become the first 2 Women fighters ever to be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.

What a great feat! Both of those Women fighters along with the rest of the 2020 International Boxing Hall of Fame class are well-deserving of getting inducted. The ceremony scheduled to take place in June has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 Inductees will have to wait and be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame with the 2021 inductees. Here is the list of the 2020 International Boxing Hall of Fame Inductees.

Fighters
∙ Bernard ‘The Alien’ Hopkins – Former Undisputed middleweight champion, and light-heavyweight champion.
∙ ‘Dinamita’ Juan Manuel Marquez – Former featherweight, super-featherweight, lightweight, and junior welterweight champion.
∙ ‘Sugar’ Shane Mosley – Former lightweight, welterweight, and junior middleweight champion.
Modern Era
∙ ‘The Cole Miner’s Daughter’ Christy Martin – Former Women’s junior middleweight champion.
∙ Lucia ‘The Dutch Destroyer’ Rijker – Once dubbed “The most dangerous woman in Women’s professional boxing.”
(Martin and Rijker will go down as the first female fighters to ever be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.)
Trailblazer
∙ Barbara Buttrick – One of the Women’s professional boxing pioneers.
Non-Participants
