With the win, Jermall Charlo retained his WBC middleweight title. In Jermell Charlo’s fight with Jeison ‘Banana Man’ Rosario, Jermell used his controlled aggression to score a vicious 8th round KO victory.

With the win, Jermell Charlo is now the unified WBC, WBA (Super), IBF, and RING junior middleweight champion. The Charlo Twins looked impressive in their wins.

The opponents that they faced were truly the biggest test of their professional boxing careers. It was a great night of action on Saturday, September 26, 2020.

Next up for Jermell Charlo could be the current WBA (Regular) junior middleweight champion ‘The American Dream’ Erislandy Lara. Lara was considered the best at junior middleweight for a long time.

Jermell Charlo is now considered by many as the best in the junior middleweight division. Jermall Charlo has many options in the middleweight division.

Fighters like Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin, Demetrius ‘Boo Boo’ Andrade, and even Canelo Alvarez are all potential future opponents for Jermall Charlo. The fight that a lot of boxing fans and experts would love to see is Jermall Charlo vs. Demetrius Andrade.

That would be an intriguing fight. So how great can the Charlo Twins be? Will the Charlo Twins take over the junior middleweight and middleweight divisions? Only time will tell as the future is bright for “Lions Only.”
