There is a huge possibility that a WBA, WBO, RING, and IBF lightweight unification title fight will happen between ‘Hi-Tech’ Vasiliy Lomachenko and Teofimo Lopez. Both guys have 15 bouts. Lopez is undefeated while Lomachenko has 1 loss on his professional boxing record.

Lomachenko’s loss, however, came in only his second fight as a professional when he attempted to capture a world title against Orlando ‘Siri’ Salido.
If a Lomachenko vs. Lopez lightweight unification title fight happens, Lomachenko will be the favorite heading into the fight.
Lomachenko has a better boxing resume than Lopez as at one point, he was making world-class fighters like Nicholas ‘Axe Man’ Walters and ‘The Jackal’ Guillermo Rigondeaux quit on their stools. Lopez has knocked out 12 out of 15 opponents in his quest to become one of the best in boxing.
His recent knockout came against a good fighter in Richard Commey back on December 14, 2019. With the win, Lopez captured the IBF lightweight title. After the Commey fight, Lopez called out Lomachenko. Lopez has a lot of power and he hopes that the power he possesses will carry him through in a fight against Lomachenko.
