So instead of stepping up and fighting Errol ‘The Truth’ Spence, Jr. next, Mikey Garcia has decided to put that fight to the side for Richard Commey. Well, at least that is the buzz going around the Boxing World now. So how will a fight between Mikey Garcia and Richard Commey play out? Commey is no slouch as his only 2 losses came by way of split decision.

Both of those losses on Commey’s resume could have easily gone his way which tells you that in a lot of boxing experts’ eyes, he is an undefeated fighter. Commey loves to brawl which could play into the hands of Mikey Garcia given how Mikey is so great at not letting his opponent break his boxing rhythm. This should be a good fight. Commey will bring it to Garcia.
Now Garcia should win this fight, but for those who think that Commey is a walk in the park better take another look. No date or venue has been scheduled for this fight yet. Nevertheless, Richard Commey is most likely going to be the next opponent for Mikey Garcia.
