Is Artur Beterbiev the best at light-heavyweight?

Artur Beterbiev put the light-heavyweight division on notice this past Friday night with a systematic break-down of Oleksandr ‘The Nail’ Gvozdyk. Beterbiev used his effective aggression, jab, and vicious body punching while mixing in an occasional uppercut or two to will his way through Gvozdyk.

Gvozdyk had his moments in this IBF, WBC, and Lineal light-heavyweight unification title fight as well, but the power of Beterbiev proved to be too much for him. Gvozdyk was stopped in the 10th round by Beterbiev’s onslaught. Beterbiev’s conquering of Gvozdyk makes him now the Unified IBF, WBC, and Lineal light-heavyweight champion of the world.

Beterbiev looked like a world-beater in the ring with Gvozdyk and he will be tough for all fighters in the light-heavyweight division going forward. After the great performance against a good fighter like Gvozdyk, can Beterbiev be considered the best fighter at light-heavyweight? Check out Potshot Boxing’s (PSB) latest boxing poll and vote.
