‘Dr. Steelhammer’ Wladimir Klitschko retires from Boxing!

Former Heavyweight Champ ‘Dr. Steelhammer’ Wladimir Klitschko announces his retirement from Boxing.  Klitschko ends his boxing career with an impressive professional boxing record of 64 wins and 5 losses, with 53 coming by way of knockout.  He successfully defended the WBO, WBA (Super), IBF, and IBO heavyweight titles simultaneously 9 straight times before losing the titles to Tyson Fury in November of 2015.

He has been a heavyweight champion off and on since 1998, and has been a steady Pound 4 Pound fighter for years.  Klitschko was well known for the simple jab, jab, jab, right cross.  He used that 6 foot 7 height to frustrate and overwhelm most of his opponents.
