The Canelo vs. Saunders fight is still on. There was some controversy this week over the ring size. Billy Joe Saunders was threatening not to fight due to the ring size being 20 feet. After deliberation from both camps, Saunders told the boxing world that the ring size is no longer an issue.

With that being said, the fight will go on as scheduled on May 8, 2021. Now, whether or not the ring size will be more than 20 feet will still be a mystery. By fight time, the ring size may possibly be 22 feet. No matter what the ring size will be on May 8, 2021, the boxing world just wants to see Canelo vs. Saunders.
