On November 2, 2019, Canelo Alvarez became a 4-division world champion when he knocked out Sergey ‘Krusher’ Kovalev. With the win, Canelo captured the WBO light-heavyweight title. Well, recently Canelo gave up that same title that he just won. He is still the current WBA and RING middleweight champion and WBA (Regular) super-middleweight champion.

As for now, however, the WBO light-heavyweight title will be vacant as a result of Canelo giving up the title. So Canelo giving up the WBO light-heavyweight title may be because he realize that the light-heavyweight division is a division that may be too big for him. What do you think Boxing World?
