Potshot Boxing’s (PSB) fight of the week takes us back to 2 of the best trash talkers in boxing history. ‘Flushing Flash’ Kevin Kelley and ‘Prince’ Naseem Hamed did so much trash talking in the lead up to their December 19, 1997 showdown, the boxing world knew that this was going to be a fight to remember.
Now you know Hamed’s ring entrance can be just as big as the fight and Hamed did not disappoint. Kelley waited with high anticipation for the ‘Prince’ to come to the ring.
This fight had so much drama and action in 4 rounds as both fighters hit the canvas multiple times. It would be Hamed, however, who would get the last laugh as he laid the boom on Kelley that sent Kelley down to the canvas for good.
