LW is a live division about now with the arrilval of Easter and Mikey Garcia. Not to mention Crolla and Commey who are still very much in contention IMO. I think Easter could unify if he can get past Linares and vice versa. For the moment I will go with Linares but The challengers are so strong (Garcia and Commey) that this thing could go in any direction.
