Here is the tale of the tape for the upcoming WBA junior middleweight fight between Erislandy Lara and Ishe Smith.
“The American Dream” Erislandy Lara will be heading into the Illusions Theater in San Antonio, Texas on December 12 looking to get back on the winning track when he defends his WBA (Regular) junior middleweight title against Ishe “Sugar Shay” Smith.

In Lara’s last fight, he lost a close split-decision to Canelo Alvarez in which some boxing fans, including myself, thought that Lara did enough to win that fight. Lara hurt himself in that fight with Canelo, however, by boxing on his bicycle a little too much in that fight which could have cost him the close decision to Canelo.
Fast-forward to December 12, 2014, Lara will have to deal with a very good fighter in Former IBF junior middleweight champion Ishe Smith, who is also looking to regain a piece of the junior middleweight crown. Should be a great fight between these 2 gamed fighters, so let’s take a look at the tale of the tape.
