Heading into the fight with Ashley Theophane on April 1, Broner was fully aware of the alleged assault and robbery charges so he knew after the fight, he would have to go back to his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio and deal with the alleged charges.

Broner called out Floyd Mayweather, Jr. to a fight after his captivating performance against Ashley Theophane, but on Tuesday morning, April 5, 2016, those dreams of Broner fighting Mayweather may be deferred because Broner must go back to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department to see what his fate is going to be.

Will Floyd Mayweather, Jr. come out of retirement to fight Adrien Broner?
